SHIPPING POLICY Where we ship We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Shipping cost Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum. Processing time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. Delivery time Most orders arrive within 6 to 10 days from the date you order. Roughly three out of four arrive within 9 days. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather and holiday periods. Tracking You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. It can take 24-48 hours for the first tracking update to appear. If your order has not arrived If 30 days have passed since your order shipped and it has not arrived, contact us and we will refund you in full. You do not need to return anything. Wrong or damaged items If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you. Incorrect addresses Please check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute a package once it has shipped.
